Payment Method: Bank Transfer/RTGS/NEFT to our designated bank account
GST Note: All GST will be collected in final installments as shown above
Delivery Terms
Delivery Schedule
- Manufacturing Lead Time: 8 to 9 months from receipt of 40% advance payment
- Delivery Point: Ex-Works Indore or Delivered to Nashik as per freight terms
- Installation Duration: 3-4 weeks for complete installation and commissioning
- Production Start: Within 1 week after successful commissioning
Installation & Commissioning
Client's Responsibilities
- → Provide suitable factory space with proper foundation and utilities
- → Arrange electrical power supply as per specifications (3-phase, 415V)
- → Provide compressed air supply at required pressure
- → Accommodation and local transportation for installation team (4-6 technicians)
- → Provide necessary material handling equipment for unloading and positioning
Our Scope: Complete mechanical and electrical installation, system integration, testing, validation, and comprehensive operator training.
Warranty & Support
- Warranty Period: 12 months from date of commissioning
- Coverage: Free replacement of defective parts (manufacturing defects only)
- Technical Support: Lifetime technical support via phone, email, and video calls
- Training: Comprehensive on-site training for operators and maintenance staff
- Documentation: Complete operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical/mechanical drawings
- Spare Parts: Readily available spare parts with quick delivery support
Terms & Conditions
- Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are firm for the validity period
- GST: GST @ 18% is included in the grand total and will be collected as per payment schedule
- Validity: This quotation is valid for 60 days from the date of issue
- Compliance: Machines comply with international GMP standards
- Force Majeure: Company not liable for delays due to force majeure events
- Disputes: Any disputes will be subject to Indore jurisdiction
